PresenceArc Games supports all major standalone and PC-connected VR headsets through OpenXR. Both controller and hand tracking are supported where available.
Can I switch from Home Standard to Deluxe later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the price difference. Your progression and unlocks carry over automatically.
How does the per-station pricing work for venues?
You pay a flat monthly fee for each active VR station running kiosk mode. Stations can be added or removed each billing cycle.
What is the optional $0.50/session fee?
Arcade Pro venues can enable pay-per-play billing, charging $0.50 per player session. This is ideal for walk-in, timed-session venues where per-play revenue matters.
Are content packs required to play?
No. Content packs ($9.99 each) add cosmetics and modifiers but never affect core gameplay balance. They are completely optional.
